oriented go-getter who has a pint of adventure in her, and non-admittently
loves the spotlight. Due to her versatile life, she requires functional pieces
that allow her self-express whatever personality she puts up per time and yet
remain comfortable. Marayah O’s Streetstyle collection is for women to be
fashionable and noticeable while living their lives.
Bola Yinka-Obebe is the Creative
director of Marayah O. She is a graduate of Economics from University of
Ilorin who veered into fashion out of a need to satisfy her distinctive sense
of style and petite size of clothing. She took a design, pattern making and garment
construction course at Ginani fashion school in Surulere, Lagos. She
later on moved to TAE to perfect her skills, there she was the designer/
pattern maker, and before long, her hard work paid off and she became the
product line manager for the design house before she went on to float her own
line.
