Hands Up for these African inspired bangles from Joansu
When you hear of luxury boutique label Joansu, think of striking, intricate and timelessly beautiful jewellery. Joansu Jewellery by Ghanaian designer Isobel Adjoa Acquah is an eclectic mix of chic, bold and quirky designs made from precious metals, precious stones, pearls and African inspired bold Perspex bangles. Each piece embodies a different memory and speaks to those untold stories that are hidden behind the facades of buildings, oozing from charming natural settings, captured in quiet street corners and reflected in the conversations with cultures and people encountered en route. Handmade from the finest materials including precious metal, precious stones, resin and textiles (such as wax printed textiles - Ankara), the boldly feminine collections are limited edition. Designing alternately from her ateliers in London and Paris, Adjoa’s vision is to explore the impressions of travel and movement on the creative design process.
