Olatidé Adéniyi simply called Tidé is a Nigerian born in Washington D.C. where she spent most of her childhood. She graduated from the University of Maryland where she got her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and currently works as a Financial Analyst while building her fashion line. She's a self-taught seamstress/designer without any prior professional fashion experience or background and her fashion line, Editalo Designs was officially launched in Maryland, USA in July 2009 followed by a West Africa Launch in Lagos, Nigeria last May 2011. Her designs are aimed at ladies with a subtle yet glamorous fashion sense who love color and appreciate the small details in their outfit. This collection was showcased during the African fashion week in New York and even made it to the front page of the style section of the Washington post last summer.
